Capcom®'s knockout puzzle game has made its way to the mobile phone platform. Utilizing characters from the hugely popular Street Fighter® and Darkstalkers universes, Super Puzzle Fighter II: Network Battle allows players to go head-to-head with the most popular characters from the franchise in a high-energy puzzle free-for-all.

In the game, players maneuver pairs of gems in strategic combinations with the goal of removing them from play by linking like colors together. The game also adds another layer of strategy to the mix by incorporating a competitive component into the game. This is done by allowing players to thwart their opponent’s progress by dropping Counter Gems into their bin. Players accomplish this by arranging the gems in such a way that, when they disappear, they drop into the opponents bin. Once gems are correctly aligned, the player utilizes a burst gem to shatter their blocks, unleashing a devastating gem character combo on their opponent. At the end of three timed matches the character with the fewest number of KO’s wins.
