Game play in The Sims 2 Pets is continuous and as it’s just impossible to stop loving and caring for the adopted pet, the handy save anywhere feature allows players to resume from where they left off. The game is easy to pick up and play, with simple intuitive controls. Those familiar with the Sims will recognise the navigation, and new players will embrace the ease of play.

• Create a Sim – Pick a Sim and customise everything from their gender and skin tone to the colour of their hair and the clothes they wear.
• Customise Your Sim’s Pet – Choose the breed, gender and a fur colour of your pet, then name them.
• Puppy Care – Make sure your Sim tends to their puppy’s needs, including hunger, potty, energy, fun and hygiene.
• Sit, Spike, Sit – Teach your puppy to do tricks like Sit, Speak, and Dance amongst many others available to each player.
• Doggie Treats – Your Sim can spend the Simoleons they earn on toys, accessories, and more at the Pet Shop.
• A Good Mood is Contagious – The happier your Sim’s pet is, the happier your Sim is, and a more content Sim is more likely to be promoted at work!
• Earn Rewards – Complete goals to earn fun rewards, including buying new toys and accessories for your pet.
